Founding member of Consciousmess Press and maternity ward clerk, Jan Hammerquist currently lives and writes in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He co-edits Brooklyn-based poetry journal, Of the Sun’s Skeleton, and is preparing a master’s thesis about motorcycles in Finnegans Wake. He likes coffee and the Dutch language.
